SGTO receives an annual grant from Southwark Council Tenants' Fund.  This pays for our office base and the salaries of our staff team.   All Southwark Tenants and Residents Associations (TRAs) are eligible to be members of SGTO.  

SGTO is managed by an Executive Committee elected each year at our Annual General Meeting.  

One of the main aims of SGTO is to help sustain existing TRAs and support the formation of new representatives and democratic tenants groups.    

Support, Advice and Training  

SGTO can advise on campaigning methods and offer support for events and activities.  SGTO can help you to produce publicity materials such as leaflets, posters, flyers and reports.  

Representing tenants interests  

SGTO aims to represent the interests of Southwark tenants at meetings with the Council and other statutory and voluntary organisations.   SGTO currently has representation on Southwark Alliance and the London Tenants Federation.

 Design Service  

SGTO offers a comprehensive design and printing service for all TRA promotional materials.
